MOQ depends on the product. Most custom items start at 500–1,000 pieces; rigid gift boxes and specialty packaging often from 500 pieces. Share your specification and we will confirm an exact MOQ with your quote.
It is a made-to-order flow in four steps: (1) send your spec or idea and request a quote; (2) our prepress team checks files, manages colour and prepares proofs; (3) we make a pre-production sample for your approval; (4) on approval we run mass production and ship worldwide (FOB, EXW, CIF, DDP).
We accept print-ready vector and high-resolution files: PDF (preferred), Adobe Illustrator (AI), Photoshop (PSD), EPS and TIFF. Include 3 mm bleed, CMYK colour and outlined or embedded fonts. Our prepress team assists with file checking and adjustment.
Digital or printed proofs and pre-production samples usually take 3–5 working days after artwork approval, before the 7–15 working-day mass-production lead time. We confirm the exact timeline with your quote.
